About Lakeway Analytics

We are a Gwangju-based reporting practice specialising in healthcare operations scorecards for clinic administrators who need clear, annotated performance folios — not another software subscription.

Official business information

Registered name: Lakeway Analytics Co., Ltd.

Established: 2018

Registered address: Seo Minjun, 46 Bitgoeul-ro 9-gil, Buk-gu, Gwangju 61000, REP. OF KOREA

Our origin

Lakeway Analytics began when founder Seo Minjun, formerly a hospital administration consultant in Seoul, relocated to Gwangju and noticed a gap: smaller outpatient clinics had rich operational data in their management systems but no one to translate it into readable monthly reports for directors and boards.

Rather than selling dashboard software, Seo assembled a team of three analysts with backgrounds in healthcare administration, medical billing, and statistical drafting. The first client was a twelve-practitioner family medicine clinic in Buk-gu. By 2020, word-of-mouth among clinic directors in Jeolla province brought steady monthly engagements.

Today we serve forty-seven clinics across the Republic of Korea, ranging from single-specialty dental practices to multi-site dermatology groups preparing for accreditation reviews.

How we work with clients

Every engagement follows the same discipline: your clinic's own data, your clinic's own baselines, annotated charts with no borrowed industry averages unless you explicitly request regional comparison.

We meet clients in person at our Buk-gu office when convenient, but most data handoffs happen via secure email. Printed folios ship via courier anywhere in Korea.

Values that guide our reports

  • Clarity over complexity — If a director cannot explain a chart in one sentence, we redraw it.
  • Your numbers, your context — Footnotes cite your file names and date ranges, not abstract benchmarks.
  • Consistent cadence — Monthly scorecards arrive on the same business day each cycle so your meetings stay predictable.
