Our fees reflect the analyst hours required to validate your data, draft charts, annotate sections, and produce printed folios. No hidden subscription tiers — each service has a stated starting price or quote basis.

Estimate factors we discuss during scoping
Final quotes depend on scope, not clinic prestige. These factors consistently affect analyst hours:
- Practitioner count — Clinics with more than fifteen active practitioners require additional grouping logic in throughput charts.
- Data quality — Incomplete exports may require a paid data-cleaning pass (₩180,000 flat fee) before analysis begins.
- Multi-site operations — Each additional location adds consolidation work; quoted per site after reviewing export formats.
- Revision cycles — One revision per delivery is included. Additional revisions billed at ₩95,000 per hour of analyst time.
- Rush delivery — Standard turnaround is five to seven business days. Rush within three business days adds 40% to that month's fee.
Payment terms
Monthly scorecards: invoice issued on the first business day of each cycle, due within fourteen days. Quarterly packages: 50% deposit at engagement start, balance on delivery. Annual prepayment for monthly scorecards receives a 10% discount.
What is not included in listed rates
Data entry from paper records, clinical coding audits, software licensing, and real-time dashboard hosting are outside our service scope. We prepare analytical folios from digital exports you provide.
