By accessing service-lakeway.click or engaging Lakeway Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Lakeway Analytics," "we," "us") for scorecard reporting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

Lakeway Analytics prepares healthcare operations scorecards, quarterly board packages, and departmental KPI folios based on data exports supplied by client clinics. Services are professional reporting engagements — not software subscriptions, medical advice, or clinical audits.

3. Website use

You may browse this website for information about our reporting services. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish site content without written permission. You may not use the site to transmit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, design, logos, and sample layouts are owned by Lakeway Analytics Co., Ltd. Client scorecards delivered under paid engagement become client property upon full payment; we retain the right to reuse anonymised chart methodologies that contain no client-identifiable data.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete data exports and designate an authorised data contact. Clients are responsible for ensuring data shared with us complies with applicable privacy laws and that appropriate patient anonymisation has been applied.

6. Fees and payment

Service fees are quoted per engagement as described on our Rates page. Invoices are due within fourteen days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may suspend delivery of subsequent scorecard cycles.

7. Limitation of liability

Our scorecards summarise operational data you supply. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, or financial results. To the fullest extent permitted by Republic of Korea law, our liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer

Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Directors should consult qualified professionals before making clinical or business decisions based on scorecard content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwangju, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
